Step 1 of 8
Is there an immediate threat to life, or are children or elderly people close by?
Move children and elderly people away from the area now. If anyone shows signs of a severe allergic reaction, treat it as a medical emergency (see banner above).
Is there any active machinery near the bees โ lawnmower, power tools, generator?
Switch it off and step away โ noise and vibration agitate bees and raise the risk of stings.
When did the bees first arrive on the property?
A fresh swarm is usually a quick, gentle relocation. An established hive with comb takes a bit longer to remove safely.
Are there any pets or other animals close by?
If you can do so safely, move pets or livestock indoors or to a separate area before we arrive.
How high is the location?
Is it located in a tree, a wall, or the roof?
Almost done โ how do we reach you?
Here's what we'll send
Both messages are identical โ sending to both means whoever's free responds first.
